The Story Behind AfterSekolah

OurStory

We are young Malaysians who refused to accept that talent and opportunity should be separated by circumstance. This is how we are changing that.

A Letter From Us

When we were students, we had dreams but nobody showed us the map.

We watched talented friends give up on their ambitions not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access, guidance, and connection.

AfterSekolah was born from that frustration and from the belief that Malaysia's greatest untapped resource is its youth.

With love, The AfterSekolah Team

How We Got Here

01
The Beginning

The Idea Sparks

A group of passionate young Malaysians noticed the gap. Talented students and TVET graduates were unable to connect with opportunities that matched their potential.

02
The Journey

Joining SEEd.Lab

AfterSekolah joined the prestigious SEEd.Lab incubator, 4th cohort, supported by PETRONAS and Tata Consultancy Services to refine our mission and build something real.

03
The Community

Building Together

Alongside fellow social enterprises like Teman Malaysia, Enoku, and Aqufish, we began crafting a platform that truly listens to what youth need.

04
The Future

What's Next

Our platform is growing. We are connecting students, TVET graduates, and employers across Malaysia, creating pathways that transform lives.
